LEGAL NOTICE
Handmade and Custom Products
Gi Laser Art provides custom laser-engraved and handcrafted products. Because many of our products are made from natural materials, including wood and slate, variations in color, grain, texture, markings, engraving appearance, and other characteristics may occur from one product to another.
These natural variations are part of the unique character of the materials and are not considered defects.
Product Images and Examples
Photographs, mockups, samples, and other product examples displayed by Gi Laser Art are intended to provide a general representation of our products and workmanship.
Because of differences in natural materials, customization, engraving results, lighting, photography, computer and mobile displays, and manufacturing processes, a finished product may vary slightly from photographs or examples previously displayed.
Customer-Supplied Designs and Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all names, dates, wording, spelling, photographs, images, logos, designs, and other information submitted for customization.
Customers who provide artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, designs, or other materials to Gi Laser Art represent that they own the material or have the necessary authorization or permission to have the material reproduced for their order.
Gi Laser Art reserves the right to request additional information or authorization regarding customer-supplied material and may decline to reproduce material when there are concerns regarding ownership, authorization, legality, or intellectual property rights.
Photography and Promotional Use
Gi Laser Art reserves the right to photograph completed products and examples of our workmanship.
Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law or agreed to by Gi Laser Art, photographs of completed products may be used to showcase our work, including on the Gi Laser Art website, social media accounts, advertisements, promotional materials, product listings, portfolios, displays, and other marketing materials.
Gi Laser Art will make reasonable efforts not to intentionally publish private customer information such as addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, payment information, or other non-public account or order information.
When a completed product contains information that is personal or sensitive in nature, Gi Laser Art may obscure the information, refrain from displaying the photograph, or otherwise modify the presentation to help protect customer privacy.
Customers who do not want their completed product photographed or used for promotional purposes should notify Gi Laser Art at customerservice@gilaserart.com before production of the order is completed.
Gi Laser Art Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, graphics, artwork, designs, website content, product photography, marketing materials, logos, and other original materials created and owned by Gi Laser Art remain the property of Gi Laser Art.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without permission from Gi Laser Art, except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on a completed custom product or within examples of prior work does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership by Gi Laser Art.
